Where do packages ship from?

All items, except for branded merchandise, ships out of Hawai’i via USPS Flat Rate, Expedited (insured up to $50), and First Class shipping, unless you choose another option such as UPS or Fedex. Once the package is released to the carrier, Goin Left does not assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

How long will it take to process my order?

1-5 business days

***ATTENTION All merchandise is shipped directly from Lahaina, Maui, except for branded merch such as tees, hoodies, mugs, and hats. These items are shipped from our third party printer & embroider partners.  The estimated delivery from our branded merch vendor will be somewhere between 5-12 days. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Goin Left does not accept refunds. We are happy to apply an exchange on full-priced merchandise within 10 days of purchase or delivery only. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original condition with attached original tags + labels in new condition.

All items purchased ON SALE or discounted are FINAL SALE. All special orders are FINAL SALE. All surfboards and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

Returns for exchange or store crest must be authorized. Please email us at goinleftmaui@gmail.com for an authorization. Please provide order details, reason for exchange, any related photos, and what item(s) you would like exchanged for. Goin Left reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise. Exchange balances must be settled before item(s) are shipped back to Goin Left.

Shipping + customs cost are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses for returns. CODs will not be accepted and returned to the sender. Upon acceptance of return, the new item will be shipped. Please include your name and address for shipping.

In an event when Goin Left is out of stock of a particular item that you have purchased, we will notify you immediately via email and any refunds to your order will be adjusted immediately.

What countries do you ship to?

What if my order arrives damaged?

In an event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out via email at goinleftmaui@gmail.com with an explanation and photos of the damage.  We will provide you with options following this protocol.
