Shop Policy

Goin Left does not accept refunds.  We are happy to apply an exchange or store credit on full-price merchandise within 10 days of purchase or delivery only.  All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original condition with attached original tags + labels in new condition.  

Returns for exchange or store credit must be authorized.  Please email us at info@goinleft or for an authorization.  Goin Left reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise.

Shipping + customs costs are not refundable.  The customer is responsible for shipping expenses for returns.  CODs will not be accepted and returned to the sender.  Upon acceptance of return, the new item will be shipped upon availability.  Please include your name, address, and cc information for shipping.  You have the option of calling or emailing us with this information.

Order Processing

Packages will be sent out 3-5 business days after the order is placed.  Goin Left offers USPS Flat Rate Priority Shipping, insured up to $50.  If you'd like to add more, please send us an email at and we are happy to add this to your total bill.  Once the package is released to the carrier, Goin Left does not assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.  

International Shipping

Goin Left offers international sales.  Please email us at for a shipping quote, including what you'd like to order (item, color, size).  The customer is responsible for any charges related to customs, duties, and taxes.  International orders are final sale.  


In an event that Goin Left is out of an item, we will notify you immediately via email and any changes to your order will be reflected in the order total.  

Final Sale Items

Swimwear, jewelry, sunglasses, knives, ceramics, artwork, and all home goods, including plants, are final sale.
